Position Overview
Successful State Farm Agent is seeking a qualified professional to join their winning team for the role of Customer Service Representative. We seek an energetic professional interested in helping our business grow through value-based conversations and remarkable customer experience. Responsibilities
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Complete Assigned Task and Follow Ups with Customers
- Work collectively with the service team to meet Promotions and office Bonus incentives
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
Requirements
- Customer Service Experience Preferred
- Currently Licensed in Property and Casualty / Life & Health (Must be able to obtain License within 2 weeks of hire)
- Bilingual - Spanish preferred

Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
